Every IJX Jewel piece is crafted with layers of real 14K and 18K gold fill, chosen for lasting shine and quality. We proudly offer a 1 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.


This warranty covers:

• Broken clasps, links, or connections caused by a manufacturing defect


This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by water, perfume, lotion, sweat, or cleaning products

• Lost or stolen items


If an issue occurs within 60 days, replace your piece at no cost — simply provide your order number and a clear photo of the item.
